Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate
A BER is a certificate which indicates the energy efficiency of a building. The energy efficiency is defined on a scale from A to G, with A being the most energy efficient. The rating is calculated based on a combination of the building materials utilised, building size, space heating, water heating, ventilation and lighting.
As of 1st January 2009, a BER certificate is mandatory for all homes being built, sold or rented in Ireland. Our team are fully trained and registered to provide BER Certification.
