We rank energy savings by cost and payback times, some options cost nothing such as switching off unnecessary appliances, adjusting temperature controls, to replacing inefficient systems (boilers, room heaters). Our surveyors will recommend the most cost effective options for saving energy.
Building Energy Surveyors offer a range of energy analysis options, the following outlines the options available:
Basic Analysis
This option offers our customer a low cost consultation with one of our surveyors. Our surveyor will identify areas of significant energy use and obvious cost saving opportunities for your building (home).
Intermediate Analysis
This option analyses the energy performance of the building taking into account a combination of the building materials utilised, building size, space heating, water heating, ventilation, lighting and renewable energy sources. We provide a formal report, with detailed analysis and energy savings recommendations.
Advanced Analysis
This analysis is designed for larger industrial organisations with a high energy demand. The analysis incorporates a historic energy consumption, energy usage trends and energy costs.
Our analysis will be carried out over extended periods of time, this allows out surveyors understand the energy requirements of the organisation. We provide a formal report, with detailed analysis and energy savings recommendations.
